In our MyTimeHouse, which has been freshly renovated from inside, in Ober-Ramstadt (direction Google Maps), we offer you a temporary home. For those who travel a lot for work, we have a cozy place to recharge their batteries after work.
The house offers you 5 double rooms (for double or single occupancy) and 3 single rooms.
There is a spacious bathroom with daylight and a large shower on each floor.
Hobby cooks will also get their money’s worth in the kitchen (and if you prefer to leave that to others, check out the links for nearby dining options below).
The living room invites you to eat together or play table football.
We are happy to accommodate any extra requests (e.g. a coffee machine, fridge for the room, printer, safe).
The city bus, which can take you to the train station in Ober-Ramstadt, stops right in front of the house.
The regional train runs to Oberzent, Erbach, Michelstadt, Bad König, Höchst im Odenwald, Groß-Umstadt, Mühltal, Darmstadt TU-Lichtwiese, Darmstadt Ostbahnhof, Darmstadt Nordbahnhof to Frankfurt am Main.
You can quickly get to Darmstadt, Dieburg, Reinheim, Pfungstadt, Griesheim, Bensheim, Roßdorf, Viernheim and Weiterstadt by car.

Single room: 30 EUR/night
Double room: 40 EUR/night for single occupancy, 50 EUR/night for double occupancy
Minimum stay: 3 nights
For monthly booking:
Single room: 600 EUR/month
Double room: EUR 800/month for single occupancy, EUR 1,000/month for double occupancy.
Maximum rental period: 6 months.
Prices plus 7% VAT.
OUR RULES:
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED – MyTimeHouse is a non-smoking house. You have the option to smoke on the balcony.
THE KITCHEN – must be kept clean so that everyone can enjoy using it. Please wash your dishes and leave nothing behind. The waste must be separated (paper, plastic, residual waste). Do not throw leftover food down the toilet.
THE BATHROOM – must also be kept clean, cool men pee sitting down! Please ventilate sufficiently after showering.
THE ROOMS – please air your room daily by opening the windows.
When leaving the house, all windows and doors must be closed. We assume no liability in the event of burglary or theft.
Check that lights, water, electrical appliances, oven are switched off.
Please do not unscrew any smoke detectors.
Please do not reprogram our devices such as the television.
The front door and the house door must be kept closed.
QUIET TIMES – night rest is to be observed after 10:00 p.m.
VALUABLES – no assumption of liability in the event of loss or misplacement.
PARKING – please use designated public parking spaces only.
